TEMPERATURES GOES UP, PRICES GO DOWN FOR 141 SPEEDWAY CLASH @ CREEK V JUNE 26-27
(Francis Creek, WI) June 21 – While temperatures are predicted to soar near the 90 degree mark in the days leading up to the $10,000-to-win Clash at the Creek V at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek June 26-27, track officials have decided to slash admission prices for the largest paying modified event in eastern Wisconsin history.
Adult admission prices for the two day Clash for ages 15 and up will be $20.00 for Wednesday, $25.00 for Thursday and a $40.00, two day pass being offered. For students ages 7-14 prices will be $15.00 Wednesday, $20.00 Thursday and a $30.00 two day pass. Ages 6 and under are free with a paid adult both days.
Spectator admission to the open practice session Tuesday, June 25 beginning at 3 p.m. will be free of charge.
Two full programs of racing are on tap. On Wednesday, a full modified show including heat races, last chance qualifiers and a feature will take place. The top seven finishers in that main will be locked into the big show on Thursday night. In addition, a Badger Mod Tour qualifier “6-for-6” dash will also take place.
On Thursday, another full modified program will take place, including the big 50 lap mod feature and the debut of the Iron Horse Sales & Service Badger Stock Tour presented by Kick Ass Drive Train & Iron Horse Recycling, with a field of between 40 to 50 cars expected in that division.
To date, nearly 60 drivers from three states have entered, including North Carolina’s Kyle Strickler, and Iowans’ Ryan Ruter, Jimmy Gustin, Racer Hulin, Ron Pope, Darrin Duffy, Jeff Connor, Ryan DeShaw, Justin O’Brian and Devon Havlik with many more out-of-state hitters expected to “pop in” for a chance to cash in on the big payday.
