IRA SPRINTERS RETURN TO 141 SPEEDWAY MAY 27

(Francis Creek, WI) May 23 – The high-flying, 850-horsepower winged Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw
sprints will make their second appearance of the year at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek Sunday,
In the series season debut April 21 Eau Claire’s Billy Balog skillfully weaved his way through lapped cars,
keeping Howards Grove’s Mike Reinke and company at bay to win the lid lifter at the high-banked, third mile
clay oval. Balog has also scored series wins this year at Beaver Dam and Wilmot raceways, making him the
only driver so far to win in series competition.
The April 21 show at 141 brought a jacked up Jeremy Schultz of Beaver Dam, as he scored his first ever
podium finish in series competition. Close to 30 sprinters are expected. There is no racing at 141 Speedway
on Saturday, May 26.
Street Stocks and Sport 4′s also compete. Racing starts at 6:00pm. Admission will be $20 for adults. Seniors and students are $15 and kids 12 and under are free accompanied by a paid adult.
