CLASH @ CREEK IV @ 141 SPEEDWAY SET FOR JUNE 13, 2012

(ANNUAL SPECIAL WILL HOST FIRST BADGER MOD TOUR EVENT)

(Francis Creek, WI) Sept. 7 – The Clash @ Creek IV at 141 Speedway has been scheduled for Wednesday night, June 13, 2012 at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek.

The annual event will serve as the kickoff to the Badger Mod Tour in 2012. The BMT is a 9 to 10 event series which will host modified races at clay ovals across Wisconsin.

On June 29 Seymour’s Brian Mullen fought off De Pere’s Johnny “Hitman” Whitman and his teammate and boss at work Mike Mashl of De Pere captured the Clash @ Creek III and the $1,000 payday, earning himself a “Traveling Star” status for the BMT in 2012. “The event was a big hit so we wanted to get the date out early enough so folks can start picking their vacation days well in advance,” said track promoter Bruce Conard. “It’s only fitting that this event will signal the start of the Badger Mod Tour in 2012.”

Support classes for this event will be named at a later date. Further details on the Badger Mod Tour will be forthcoming in the very near future. The Two day Creek Classic will take place at 141 on October 7 and 8, with the “Night of Mayhem” slated for Saturday, October 15.
