141 SPEEDWAY DRIVER MOTORS, CAR GIVEAWAYS BEGIN SATURDAY AUGUST 18

(Francis Creek, WI) August 16 – Due to the large number of drivers eligible the motor and race car giveaways at 141 Speedway in Francis Creek will be split up into its two final Saturday night programs, August 18 and championship night August 25.
On Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia night Saturday, August 18 141 Speedway will begin the process of eliminating the 68 different drivers in the modified, IMCA northern sportmods, Tisler Salvage street stock and stock car classes. The drivers who competed in more than 75 percent of the weekly shows in those divisions are eligible for the giveaways. In addition, division drivers who earn 100 percent attendance racing their cars all year will receive a mulligan – an extra chip in the drawing bag.
In addition the track will be giving away a race ready Harris sportmod (minus the transmission) and also new powerplants in the IMCA northern sportmod, modified, stock car and Tisler Salvage street stock classes. A sportmod GM 602 crate motor sponsored by Gandrud Chevrolet will be drawn separately from the race car.
The number of eligible drivers will be trimmed at least in half, with the final drawing taking place on Gandrud Chevrolet championship night August 25.
