Eligible Models:
a. American-made hardtop passenger cars only.
b. Rear wheel drive vehicles only.
c. 108" minimum wheelbase. Wheelbase is based upon OEM factory specifications.
d. Factory stock, no alterations
e. Single cam engine only, subject to inspector's discretion.
f. No convertibles, T-tops, sport cars, pony cars, or special manufactured cars allowed.
g. Unibody cars allowed with special safety requirements and must be approved by inspectors.

Frame:
a. Must remain stock configuration, no reinforcements, nor modifications of any kind.
b. No stiffening or cross bracing allowed.
c. Rusted frames may be repaired by using materials of the same thickness as stock area being repaired.
d. Repairs are for safety reasons only and must match stock dimensions.
e. Repairs must be approved by the inspector.
f. Suspension mount points must remain in stock fabrication.
g. 1 ¾" x .095 tubing may be placed between the front frame rails.
h. Open areas of the frame may be plated.
i. Frames can be X-braced, tubing not to exceed 6" in circumference.

Body:
a. American made stock production bodies only.
b. Body must match frame.
c. All exterior chrome, headlights, taillights, exterior molding, door handles, latches, grills, wheel weights, and mirrors must be removed.
d. All glass must be removed
e. Fenders may be moderately trimmed for tire clearance.
f. Doors may be gutted and inner roof may be trimmed for roll cage clearance.
g. No gutting of trunk or hood.
h. Stock appearing aftermarket plastic nose may be used.
i. Windshield may be removed and replaced with stainless steel screen (1" or smaller mesh, .035" minimum wire diameter).
1. Screen must have three center support bars on 3/8" or larger diameter.
j. All interior flammable material must be removed except dash.
k. No rear view mirrors are allowed.
l. Complete stock floor and trunk required.
m. Front and rear firewalls must be completely sealed with minimum of 22-gauge steel.
n. Front wheel wells are optional, real wheel wells are mandatory.
o. Doors must be chained, bolted or welded.
p. Hood and trunk latches must be removed.
q. Hood and trunk to be pinned or chained.
r. Trunk floor is required
s. No functional hood scoops or holes in hood.
t. Must have stock front and rear bumpers from same car and bumpers must be chained or cabled and ends capped to prevent hooking, no sharp edges.
u. No side rub rails.

Exterior rub rails may be added, but must be no larger than 1" tubing with the ends trimmed and closed off at a 45 degree angle. No sharp edges. Rub rails must be securely bolted to the roll cage and flush to the car body.
v. Front and rear protection bars may be add outside the car body on the bumper and must be constructed of 1 ¾" diameter or smaller tubing.
w. Protection bars can be no wider than frame rails and no higher that hood or trunk.
x. Must have a front and a rear tow chain painted white or bright contrasting color for tow truck.

Suspension:
a. Springs must remain unaltered and be stock
b. All suspension components must match frame.
c. Upper and lower control arms must remain stock.
d. Stock dimension ball joints only.
e. Only stock dimension rubber and neoprene bushings are allowed
f. Spindles must be unaltered OEM.
g. Springs must match side to side.
h. No spring jacks, rubber spring spacers, caps, or jacking devices.
i. Shocks must be OEM type with a maximum body size of 1-7/8" and must remain in stock location. Shocks must have equal valving no easy up, etc. No helper or spring assisted shocks.
j .Shocks must match side to side and have equal valving.
k. No helper or spring-assisted shocks.
l. Only one shock per wheel.
m. No rear sway bar allowed.
n. Front sway bar must be OEM and may be adjustable on one side only.
o. Rear trailing arms may be reinforced and must match side to side.
p. Polyurethane replacement bushings are allowed.
q. Steering column may remain stock or if aftermarket column is used a safety sleeve must be installed in the main shaft or column must have two universal joints between the firewall and the steering box to allow steering column to collapse.
r. Stock steering column may have quick change wheel adapter welded to column.
s. No traction control devices.

Roll Cage
a. May either be of four point design or Enduro style
b. Welds must be of good quality.
c. 90 degree intersections should be gussetted.
d. Roll bar tubing must be 1 3/4 inch x .095
e. Two uprights, main hoop, must be behind the driver.
f. These uprights must be located as far towards the outside of the car as practical.
g. These uprights must be welded to 4 x 4 inch, 1/8 inch plate steel that is either welded or sandwich bolted to the body.
h. A horizontal bar, at shoulder height, connecting the two rear uprights, is mandatory.
i. The top of the cage should be at least 4 inches higher than the driver when seated with their helmet on.
j. Two "down bars" that attach at least 2/3rds of the way up the main hoop, and project to the rear of the car are mandatory with an Enduro hoop and optional with a 4 point cage.
k. No bars may pass forward through the front firewall.
l. Rear struts may be braced side to side.
Four Point Cages
a. There will be a minimum of 3 door bars on each side.
b. The driver's side door may be gutted for door bar installation.
Enduro Cage Cars
a. Must have at least 1 bar running forward from the main hoop between the driver and the driver door.
b. The outside of the driver door must have door plating starting at the rocker panel and going 12 inches up the door.
c. Plating must be at least 5 feet long
d. Plates must be at least 1/8" thick

Driver's Compartment
Ignition Switch
a. Stock ignition switch preferred
b. Nonstock switches must be clearly labeled
c. Must be accessible from either side of car
Fire Extinguisher
a. Must be fully charged
b. Must be securely mounted within reach of driver
c. Must be quick release mounting
Padding in Drivers Area
a. Center of steering wheel must be padded
b. Roll bar must be padded by drivers head
c. Inside of drivers door must be padded
d. Additional padding required in areas of possible contact
Window Net
a. Net must be permanently mounted on bottom
b. Quick release mechanism must be toward front roll cage upright near roof
Seat
a. Stock seat may be used
b. properly installed approved aluminum seat
    1. Aluminum seat must be high back design
c. Headrest must be supported
d. Rib rest must remain flexible
e. Must be mounted with minimum 3/8" hardware
f. Must use oversize washers
g. Minimum 6 mounting points
    1. 4 points on seat bottom
    2. 2 points on seat back
h. Stock seat must not be able to fold forward
i. Stock seat must be braced by roll cage in rear
Five 5 Point Racing Harness
a. Required
b. Condition of belts is up to the Officials discretion
c. 3" lap, 3" shoulder, and submarine belt required
d. Secured with minimum 3/8", grade 5 hardware
e. Lap mountings must swivel
f. Shoulder belts must be supported at shoulder level

Mirrors
a. Allowed, but must be stock only
Steering and Pedals
a. Must remain stock

Engine
a. Engine must be from parent corporation of car.
b.. Engine must be located in stock mounting position.
c. American made production V-8 engine blocks only. Must be production cast iron block. Maximum overbore of .060". No removing of casting numbers, no grinding or lightening.
d. O.E.M. stock production crankshafts, or after market crankshaft may be used. All cranks must weigh a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have stock stroke for the block being used. No knife edging allowed.
e. Forged connecting rods only. Must remain stock length for the block being used. No H-beam, titanium or aluminum rods.
f. Any flat top or reverse dome piston may be used as long as it has the stock wrist pin height for the engine being used. Valve relief may be cut into the piston. No portion of the piston may protrude above the top of the block.
g. Hydraulic cam and lifters only. Maximum lift (measured at retainer) GM .420", Ford and Chrysler .460". No mushroom lifters. Cannot alter lifter bores.
h. Standard timing chain only. No gear drives or belt drives allowed.
i. Stock production cast iron cylinder heads only. No Vortech, SVO, GT40, W2, or double hump heads. Maximum valve size 1.94" intake and 1.50" exhaust. No porting, polishing, or alterations of any kind to the inside of the head. Screw-in studs, guide plates, and poly locks are allowed. OEM non-roller rocker arms only. Ratio must be stock to engine used.
j. Must use stock unaltered OEM intake. No hi-rise or marine intakes allowed.
k. Unaltered OEM-type harmonic balancer only.
l. Must have steel oil pan.

Exhaust
a. Stock unmodified cast iron exhaust manifolds only. No center dump manifolds.
b. Mufflers are mandatory.
c. Exhaust pipes are to be 2 ½" maximum diameter and must end behind driver.

Cooling System
a. One radiator in stock location.
b. Minimum one quart overflow bottle required.
c. Top 180 degrees of fan must be shrouded with sheet metal.
d. Absolutely no antifreeze allowed.

Transmission
a. Stock, unaltered transmission only.
b. No manual transmissions, powerglide, or 2-speed transmissions.
c. No transmission cooler in driver's compartment.
d. No lightweight torque converters.
e. No torque converters under 12".
f. No higher than stock stall speeds allowed.

Driveshaft and Differential
a. Driveshaft must be steel.
b. Driveshaft must be painted white.
c. Driveshaft hoop is required within 12" of front u-joint.
d. Stock, unaltered, open differentials only. Must match frame.

Brakes
a. All wheels must have stock, unaltered brakes.
b. All 4 brakes must work.
c. Stock master cylinder must be in stock location.
d. No adjustable proportioning valves allowed.
e. No shutoff valves allowed.

Electrical and Ignition
a. Factory type ignition, no multi-spark discharge or magnetos. Rev limiters allowed, one chip system only.
b. No traction control devices allowed.
c. 12-volt electrical system only. One 12-volt battery only, which must be in a marine box and securely fastened.
d. On/off and start switch to be clearly marked in driver area and easily reached by driver and safety crew.
e. It is recommended to have a main battery kill switch located behind the driver.

Fuel System
a. Stock gas tank must be removed and replaced with maximum eight (8) gallon fuel tank or up to a twenty-two (22) gallon fuel cell mounted securely and centered in the trunk. Fuel cell or tank must be minimum of 22 gauge steel.
b. Station wagons must have a firewall of 20 gauge steel separating fuel tank from driver's compartment.
c. No bottom-draw tanks.
d. Vent line must have check valve.
e. Fuel tank or fuel cell must be secured by four 1/8" X 1" straps, two in each direction.
f. Pump gas only.
g. No additives of any kind.
h. If fuel line is run through the driver's compartment, it must be contained in a continuous piece of conduit.
i. Stock fuel pump only.
j. Stock carburetor or throttle body fuel injection for that model only.
k. OEM carburetors and throttle body fuel injection systems only.
l. Choke butterfly may be removed.
m. Two throttle return springs are mandatory.

Wheels and Tires
a. Maximum wheel width is 7" and minimum wheel weight is 22 lbs.
b. All 4 wheels must be the same diameter.
c. Maximum backspace is 3".
d. Steel wheels only.
e. Lug nuts must be 1" and studs must pass completely through the lug nuts.
f. No wheel spacers.
g. No wheel weights.
h. No bleeder valves.
i. Must have 4 equal size D.O.T. street legal 70 series or taller tires, maximum tread width of 7".
j. No grooving, sipping or softening allowed.
k. No slicks, must be street legal tread depth.
l. Minimum 25 lb. air pressure in all tires before race. Tire pressure may be checked anytime the car is in the pit area. If low pressure rule violation is found while car is in the lineup, the car will be required to start in the back of the race that night.
m. No fluid in tires, air only.
n. "P" (passenger) series tires only. No truck, snow or aggressive mud tires marketed as LT 70, LT 75 or LT 78, etc.

Weights
a. No ballast allowed anywhere

Safety Equipment
a. A drivers' suit of a flame retardant nature is highly recommended.
    1. Long sleeved shirt and long pants are required.
b. 5-point racing seat belt is mandatory.
    1. 3 inch lap and shoulder harness and a 2 inch submarine strap are required.
c. Racing window net with seat belt buckle release required.
    1. Seat belt latch will be in top front corner.
d. All bars around driver must be padded.
e. Aluminum racing seats are allowed and highly recommended.
f. Snell 2000 or newer helmet, neck brace, eye protection, and gloves required.
g All cars will be vigorously inspected for safety.
h. Fiberglass racing seats are not allowed.
i. No radio communication allowed.

Miscellaneous
a. Disconnect any airbags.
b. Sunroof openings must be sealed off securely with steel.
c. Functional windshield wipers and washers recommended.
    1. May run rain or shine.
d. No traction control.
e. Track may allow cars one week grace.
f. No Titanium allowed anywhere.
