Due to insurance limitations, we are not able to put the Minor Release Form
online.
Memberships from 2008 WILL NOT carry over to 2009.
Driver's Membership Forms
Driver's forms are only required for
people who wish to race at the 141 Speedway. Please fill out the Driver's
Information Sheet for your class / division,
the License Agreement and the W9 to complete a membership for 2009. The W9
form is to be filled out by the CAR OWNER.
Update forms are ONLY used
once the forms listed above are complete.

Associate Membership Forms
Associate Membership Forms are to be
filled out by anyone who would like to get the member discount at the pit
entrance, but is not going to drive.
Please fill out the Associate Membership Form and the License Agreement to
complete a membership for 2009.
